Senior Recruiter
Jade Sanders is a Senior Recruiter at Quest, where she has been an integral part of the Primary Care Team since 2021. Her focus is working with the Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Critical Care physicians and advanced practice providers. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and recognition, her love language reflects her dedication to valuing both individual contributions and collective efforts.
Outside of her professional life, Jade is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures and places. As a devoted pet owner, Jade shares her home with three lovable dogs named River, Riley and Cooper.
Morgan Millican
Anesthesia Recruitment Team
Morgan Millican is an Associate Recruiter at Quest Locum Tenens, where she plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for clients. Since joining the team in 2024, Morgan has demonstrated a keen ability to connect with candidates and understand their unique skills and potential fit.
Outside of her professional life, Morgan enjoys a variety of activities that enrich her experiences. She is an avid reader, often diving into new books that broaden her perspectives. Traveling is another passion of hers, allowing her to explore different cultures and cuisines. Additionally, Morgan loves to cook and frequently hosts dinner parties, where she enjoys sharing good food and great company with friends and family. Chris Nakagama
Business Development
Chris serves as the Senior Business Development Manager at Quest, having joined the company in 2024. With a strong focus on fostering relationships and driving business growth, Chris thrives in environments where recognition for both work and personal contributions is valued, reflecting his love language.
Outside of his professional life, he cherishes time spent with family and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, skiing, camping and fishing. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, with a passion for baseball, football and pickleball. A proud supporter of his favorite teams, the Utah Utes and Boston Red Sox, Chris embodies a vibrant and adventurous spirit both in his personal and professional endeavors.
Liane Mitchell
Director of People & Culture
Liane Mitchell is the Director of People & Culture at Quest Locum Tenens, where she leads initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace environment within the Quest Locum Tenens Leadership team. Since her arrival in 2024, Liane has focused on enhancing employee engagement, promoting professional development, and cultivating a culture that values diversity and inclusion. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, support, and open communication, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered.
Outside of work, Liane enjoys a variety of activities that reflect her vibrant personality. She loves to eat and explore new cuisines, often seeking out the latest dining trends. Shopping is another favorite pastime, as it allows her to unwind and discover unique items. Traveling is a passion for Liane, providing her with the opportunity to experience different cultures and landscapes, which she finds inspiring both personally and professionally.
Liane shares her home with Zoe, her beloved dog. Zoe not only provides companionship but also adds joy and liveliness to Liane’s life. Her Love Language is “Acts of Service, ” representing her appreciation for thoughtful actions and gestures from friends and family.
