Meet The Quest Team Members
Travel Coordinator
Kecia will celebrate five years with Quest Locums this June. She serves as the Travel Coordinator, overseeing all travel arrangements, excluding Sentara, to ensure providers get to and from their assignments smoothly. Her goal is to provide the best customer service possible, and she takes great pride in being available for her providers.
Understanding that travel can be unpredictable, Kecia remains open, responsive, and ready to help resolve any travel emergencies that may arise. Her priority is making sure providers arrive safely and comfortably so they can focus on the important work they do. She is driven by knowing that her role in coordinating travel helps support the meaningful impact providers make in communities across the country.
Over the past two years, Kecia has become passionate about health and fitness. She is often at the gym at 5 a.m. and enjoys spending time on the trails whenever the weather allows, always working toward becoming a stronger and healthier version of herself.

Credentialing Manager
Angi Grover is a Credentialing Manager at Quest with over 14 years of experience in the locum tenens industry. Throughout her career, she has worked in several different roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the full lifecycle of locums. She’s passionate about helping providers navigate the credentialing process and takes pride in helping ensure they can focus on what matters most—patient care.
Angi loves the problem-solving side of credentialing and believes every file is its own “snowflake,” each with its own unique path to completion. She also enjoys leading and supporting Quest’s amazing team of credentialing specialists and is grateful to work with such a talented group of people every day. Her unofficial motto? “Ain’t nothin’ gonna break my stride.” – Matthew Wilder. When challenges pop up—as they do in credentialing—she’s the type to keep moving forward until the finish line.
Angi is known for randomly bursting into songs she makes up on the spot, which are usually remixes about her dogs. She’s completely obsessed with her fur babies and genuinely loves the people she works with at Quest—occasionally encouraging (or forcing) them to have a little fun along the way.
Client Solutions Manager
As a Client Solutions Manager at Quest, Cedeline takes great pride in contributing to the company’s continued growth year over year while helping to scale and strengthen key strategic accounts. She is deeply motivated by delivering results and building meaningful partnerships, and she strives to ensure that her clients view her not simply as a vendor, but as a trusted strategic partner they can rely on.
Her approach is centered on understanding each client’s unique challenges and goals, allowing her to deliver thoughtful solutions that support long term success for both clients and the organization. The most rewarding part of her work is the trust that develops through consistently getting the job done and helping partners achieve their staffing and operational objectives.
Outside of her professional role, Cedeline has a hidden talent as an agriculturist with a very green thumb. She enjoys the patience and care that comes with cultivating plants, an interest that reflects the same dedication and attention to growth that she brings to her work.

APP Team Leader
Randi brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry, and her career path started in a way few people would expect – filing payroll paperwork in the basement of a travel nursing agency in Buffalo, NY. From there she moved to the front desk as a receptionist, then into contracting, recruiting, and eventually leadership. That full-circle experience across the business gave her a deep understanding of how staffing organizations actually operate, and it’s ultimately where she found her home: leading teams and developing highly successful sales professionals.
What truly fills Randi’s cup is helping recruiters achieve not only their career goals but their life goals as well. She loves watching people grow into roles they once thought were out of reach…earning promotions, building financial independence, and creating lives they’re proud of. Whether it’s seeing someone buy their first brand-new car, purchase their first home, or finally take the vacation they never thought they could afford, those moments are what make the work meaningful to her. Watching her team achieve those milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of her career.
Outside of work, Randi runs what can best be described as a small zoo and botanical garden. She and her husband share life with two busy teenagers, one adult child, six dogs, a bearded dragon, a parakeet, and more than 200 houseplants (and counting). When she’s not lifting weights, running races, gardening, or driving between basketball, track, cross country, swim, and softball events, she’s probably building a better spreadsheet…because in her world, the only way to live is in organized chaos.
At Quest, we lead with clarity and transparency, giving our people free rein to
challenge the status quo and obliterate “the box,” which paves the way for
shaping both personal success and the future impact of our company. Our
collaborative approach, and dedication to improving the provider experience,
fosters an environment where, as a team member, you can take pride in knowing
the work you do positively impacts lives every day.
